The tenth episode of The Digital Coffee Date, and I am still just as blown away and inspired as the first! What an incredible conversation with Cara! I truly felt we were having a deep-rooted chat about self-worth and self-acceptance and it was everything!
Recording this digital coffee date with Cara was such a reminder for me that we are all on our own paths of ups and downs, which include our own healing processes that require us to rewire and reprogram our minds away from negative thinking. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and our conversation was a reminder to always be kind to myself. Just like I would be kind to a friend and loved-one, I deserve that same love and care for myself.
